ah well, what rhymes do I remember from being a kid? We didn't have many really.
"Liar, liar, your bum's on fire" and "Tell tale tit, your mommy can't knit" - I'm sure there was another line to this but I can't remember it.
Then we used to play games with rhymes too, like avoiding the cracks (nicks) between paving stones:
"Tread on a nick, you marry a brick and a beetle comes to your wedding"
And who could keep quiet the longest:
"Silence in the courtroom, silence in the street, the biggest twit in England is now about to speak!"
